Right of withdrawal for product orders

You can generally cancel an online purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline begins as soon as you or a person designated by you, who is not the carrier, has received the goods. In the case of multiple items in a single order that are delivered separately, the receipt of the last item is decisive.

Consequences of the revocation

We refund received payments, including the costs of the standard delivery offered by us at the lowest price. Any additional costs for a more expensive delivery method chosen by you will not be refunded. The refund will be made immediately, no later than 14 days after receipt of your cancellation notice.

For the refund, we use the original means of payment unless expressly agreed upon another free refund method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have proven the shipment, whichever occurs first.

Return shipment

Send the goods back immediately, no later than 14 days after declaring your withdrawal. Timely submission preserves this deadline. Our customer service will inform you immediately after your declaration about the appropriate receipt of the goods. Contact us for this purpose at contact@vip.golden-outlet.de.

Our customer service is available to help you with any questions regarding returns. Prior consent is not required to exercise your legal rights.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, provided that you were duly informed of this before the contract was concluded.

You are only liable for a loss in value if it arises from an act that was not necessary to check the quality, characteristics and functionality of the goods and if the statutory requirements for reimbursement of the value are met. Original packaging and intact labels are not a prerequisite for exercising the right of withdrawal.
